Shipping policy

Order Processing & Verification

You will be charged when placing your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several business days to process. To help prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.


Shipping Process

Orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday–Friday).

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make changes (including address updates). Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

For orders containing multiple items, products may ship separately and arrive at different times.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

If it has been more than 5 business days since shipment and tracking has not updated, please contact us.
